1938. Autograph. Fine. No Binding. Inscribed by Author(s). Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. This is an ORIGINAL hand signed VINTAGE photo of popular movie star Robert Taylor from Hollywood's Golden Age and has his autograph in white ink. This piece has been cut to approximately 10 x 13, and is floating matted and framed to a total size of 11 3/4 x 14 3/4. It was sold at auction by the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas in the late 1980s and has been in my collection for a number of years and comes with a personal guarantee from me. You are not likely to see something this spectacular again anytime soon!.

[Np: The Photographer, ca. 1963].. Original glossy double-weight gelatin silver print from negative, 14 x 11" (inclusive of margins). Captioned in pencil on verso. About fine. An original print of one of the sequence of superb photographs taken by Yousuf Karsh on location in South Africa during the filming of the 1964 Diamond Films production, ZULU, directed by Cy Endfield. Karsh's invitation to join the production and photograph the cast and locale resulted in a sequence of photographs of a very high order. The present image, an imposing portrait of future political leader Mangosuthu Buthelezi in character as Zulu King Cetshwayo kaMpande, shows the subject seated in a substantial throne-like setting, in company with a woman (identified as "Christabel" in the pencil caption) and a young boy (identified as "Daniel Tchabalala" in the pencil caption. Original NASA Color Photograph of Gemini 5 and Gemini 11 and, later, Apollo 12 and Skylab 2 astronaut Col. Charles Conrad in white space suit, smiling at camera. Inscribed "To Lou , Again, for the third time, you are the best damn cook in the world. Are you ready to sail around the moon- "Pete" Charles Conrad". Inscribed for Louis Hartsell, the chef in the Astronaut Training Facility at the Kennedy Space Center at Cape Kennedy/Cape Canaveral. An original photograph, with undated NASA printed notations on reverse indicating that Conrad is one of nine astronauts selected by NASA on September 17, 1962. From Hartsell's collection of astronaut photographs all taken and signed circa 1964-1972. Conrad's "for the third time" indicates that this was signed just before Apollo 12 launched.

No place [Yokohama?], no publisher, no date (ca. 1890s). Oblong Folio (12.5" x 15.5"), contemporary pictorial black lacquered boards inlaid in relief with bone, containing fifty hand-colored albumen photographs measuring generally 7.75 " x 10" mounted recto and verso to 25 thick card leaves, with tissue guards interleaved. Forty-four of the images are titled in the negative. Binding worn: spine perished, boards and ffeps detached (boards remarkably well preserved although lacking two small inlaid pieces), most tissue guards creased and torn, mounts with slight wave and sporadic foxing/ soiling, 3 photos with minute losses at the edges, a few slightly faded or under exposed, most fresh and rich in tonal quality.Although quite probably a composite album representing photos from different studios, certainly many of the images are from the Yokohama studio of T. Fantastic black-and-white photograph signed by both actors, shown in their characters; inscribed with a short sentiment by Laurel; ink-stamped on verso by photographer Stax. Size is 9.9 x 8 inches, minor traces on verso, a bit of fading on the ink (still clearly visible), in overall very good condition.

This listing is for a large 11x14 photo of Harrison Ford in his role as Han Solo in Star Wars which has been beautifully signed by Mr. Ford and professionally authenticated by JSA (James Spence Authenticators). The JSA hologram is attached to the lower corner of the photo and I will include the ironclad full Letter of Authenticity from JSA with your photo. Certified authentic autographs of Harrison Ford are extremely hard to find, especially in this large format.
